You hit the nail on the head with this review. I'm surprised by the high praises this beer gets from folks. I'm a snob from the pacific northwest land of craft micros, so take this for what it's worth. even warm (or at least not cold), when this beer is at least drinkable, it's still barely mediocre.

Yo,
(and I mean that in a pirate-y way) I love Shiner Black. Closest thing to the black Bohemia beer I had in Prague many years ago. I do agree that some beers are better a bit warmer. I love Bells double milk stout, but not in a frosted glass.

I have actually bought two Patricia beers (it's a beer from Uruguay) and that event was in direct correlation to the reading of this blog. They are in the freezer, getting cold.

Cheers drunk pirate, for a blog that I could one day comment drunk and it would be all right XD

Well I do know a few beers that you aren't supposed to touch for a while to set and gain some temperature, but _warm_ beer? That's new. I probably wouldn't like it a whole lot, a fundamental part of the beer drinking process is that it makes you cool down (Or at least for me it is ;)).
